Original Note:
The helicopter didn't "do a rotor wash". Rotor wash is present with all helicopters. It is the result of the necessary application of lift needed to overcome drag. https://pilotswhoaskwhy.com/2024/01/29/understanding-rotor-downwash-the-ultimate-pilot-guide/ It appears that the helicopter was attempting to land and then did a 'go-around' causing the disturbance. https://skybrary.aero/articles/go-around#:~:text=A%20go%2Daround%20occurs%20when,to%20divert%20to%20another%20airport.
