This headline by the Telegraph is misleading. Two sets of protests were held in London including the Palestinian Solidarity Campaign, plus other groups. https://news.sky.com/story/met-police-arrest-17-protesters-during-demonstrations-over-middle-east-conflict-13228452 Met police were aware of people displaying support for Hezbollah. Two arrests were made but investigations are ongoing.
