The scope of this disaster is so overwhelming that there is little published video proof of assistance from FEMA, so complaints will persist. There are 1,000’s of people assigned to help in some capacity. People can apply for grants and water and meals have been distributed. https://www.fema.gov/disaster/current/hurricane-helene
