The NNN note incorrectly references a 2005 court ruling in which Corcoran sued for $1.3M & lost. The $4M deal Corcoran (& Mark Cuban) are alluding to was litigated in 1994. Trump refused to pay Corcoran $4M in commissions & sued her.
