No they aren’t, that isn’t how the Muslim conquests worked. The existing population weren’t killed or ethnically cleansed and they weren’t replaced by Arab settlers. Forcible conversion also doesn’t seem to have been widespread https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Early_Muslim_conquests#Sharia_and_non-Muslims
