Misleading. The NASA source this copied from (no credit) explains this is vibrations detected from the landers seismic detector (it didnt have microphone). Wind causing vibration of lander structure, like solar panel, been amplified & frequency upshifted to human hearing level. https://youtu.be/yT50Q_Zbf3s?feature=shared
