Although the prices stated are likely inflated for dramatic effect, food prices have risen but not just in the US where Vice President Harris is in office. Food pricing has increased globally for many reasons, some paid out here https://www.imf.org/en/Blogs/Articles/2022/12/09/global-food-prices-to-remain-elevated-amid-war-costly-energy-la-nina. It's ridiculous to blame VP Harris for this.
