Post is misleading. Citizens have various serial numbers (Social Security Number, Drivers licenses, etc). Also, many immigrants have something called an "A-number." https://www.immigrationhelp.org/learning-center/what-is-an-alien-registration-number There is nothing about Trump's suggestion that warrants a comparison to Nazis.
