Not Lockheed. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joint_Direct_Attack_Munition Lockheed makes the MLRS and fighters that are used by the IDF but fighters don’t kill kids unless they crash and there is no evidence MLRS strikes have done so either.
