CBP data for Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, Venezuela (CHNV on OP's chart) does not match what is shown in post. https://www.cbp.gov/newsroom/stats/nationwide-encounters CHNV can get 2 years parole in US, but they have to have a person willing to provide financial support. https://www.uscis.gov/CHNV
