Original Note:
The claim that you should avoid blood or sex relations with vaccinated people is 100% untrue & not proven by any scientific evidence. Vaccine shedding can only occur if a vaccine contains a live, weakened version. COVID vaccines don't use live viruses. https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2023/10/05/no-you-can-cant-transmit-covid-19-vaccines-sexually-fact-check/71048738007/ https://www.reuters.com/article/fact-check/covid-vaccines-do-not-shed-from-one-person-to-another-and-then-cause-reproduct-idUSL1N2MG256/ https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2021/05/20/fact-check-covid-19-vaccine-isnt-transmitted-others-via-contact/5184605001/ https://www.france24.com/en/live-news/20230125-vaccine-misinformation-spawns-pure-blood-movement https://www.redcross.org/about-us/news-and-events/news/2024/those-who-receive-COVID-19-vaccine-are-able-to-donate-blood.html https://www.healthline.com/health/blood-transfusion-covid-vaccine https://thosenerdygirls.org/vaccines-and-donating-blood/ https://www.factcheck.org/2023/12/scicheck-vaccine-shedding-is-expected-with-some-vaccines-and-generally-not-harmful-contrary-to-post/
