The Armenian genocide was committed by the Ottoman Empire which was Muslim not Jewish. The genocide involved forced Islamization, primarily (but not only) women and children. The source of the picture is uncertain, but being Islamic it is unlikely their victims were crucified. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armenian_genocide
