As the poster herself admits in a later message, this video was filmed during the "George Floyd riots." While COVID restrictions may have been in place, the streets were not being cleared to enforce any pandemic "lockdown" (which never restricted residents from their porch). https://x.com/Samantha_SN1/status/1823368494261342671
