Islamic scholars unanimously agree that the victim of rape is not to be punished in anyway. https://islamqa.info/amp/en/answers/72338 There is punishment for sex outside of marriage (Zina) which can be applied if the women had sex but was not forced, but this punishment would not be carried out on victim.
