This is a fake. https://x.com/Simcha_Gross/status/1822355001420743097 Most of the Hebrew letters form gibberish. The only actual Hebrew is at the very end where a circle with Menorah symbols surrounded by Proverbs 11:14, which is based on the Mossad seal.
