While criticism of Israel as a nation is not at all antisemitic, this ad focuses largely on the symbol of the menorah. Linking a much broader religious symbol to the war crimes of one nation is indeed antisemitic. We can have better discussions condemning genocide. https://www.britannica.com/topic/menorah
