The video in the post appeared on the Iranian TV channel Ofogh TV. https://www.memri.org/tv/iran-state-tv-airs-video-inciting-israel-delegation-paris-olympics While the man depicted in the video has the Jewish Menorah on his neck, it is not enough to prove that the video is meant to be an antisemitic message, especially considering the usage of the Israeli flag.
