DJT is the one who backed out of the agreed-upon ABC debate. https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-fox-news-debate-kamala-harris-terrified-1934125 Unclear why CNN debate is mentioned, but that is indeed an example of a debate that both parties agreed to and participated in.
