The active IBA regulations for 2022 & 2023 don't mention anything about "Eligibility on Gender", that only appeared in the new rules from March 2024. The tests that were done were probably done outside regulations and results in 2022 even kept secret from the athletes. https://x.com/pjvanerp/status/1818945326834741303
