This is not a crocodile, but a caiman. Its “mutation” is actually a failed regeneration of the tail, which had the end split and grow webbing. There is no such thing as a “Mermaid Tail Mutation” that we know of currently. https://x.com/elisandre2002/status/1401901699065909249?s=46
