There is no evidence to substantiate the claim that non-citizens have successfully registered to vote, or voted illegally in Georgia, confirmed by a recent audit. https://sos.ga.gov/news/citizenship-audit-finds-1634-noncitizens-attempted-register-vote Evidence of citizenship is currently required to register in GA, and valid ID is also required at the polls.
