There are other serial killers of children e.g. Mary Ann Cotton (11 suspected child victims): https://www.newspapers.com/article/the-guardian-list-of-mary-ann-cottons-s/124275321/?locale=en-GB If you include democide then the post is false: slavery, famines and wars killed far more.
