Original Note:

USC Title 3 Paragraph 15 clearly provides Congress a legal method for objecting to electors. See 2B(ii)at the link. And in the event of a tie in voting, The President of The Senate (VP) casts the deciding vote. Additionally, a bill in 2022 attempted to gut and replace Title 3. https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/3/15
