Original Note:
The Supreme Court held that when a law is ambiguous, Congress must fill in the gaps and tell the courts what to do. Congress makes law, not the civil service. The interpretations of laws will no longer change based on who is president. https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/23pdf/22-451_7m58.pdf https://www.scotusblog.com/2024/06/supreme-court-strikes-down-chevron-curtailing-power-of-federal-agencies/ https://www.nytimes.com/2024/01/21/opinion/supreme-court-chevron.html
