Original Note:

The Supreme Court did not weaken Congress’s ability to do anything. On the contrary, the Court held that when a law is ambiguous, Congress must fill in the gaps and tell the courts what to do. The interpretations of laws will no longer change based on who is president. https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/23pdf/22-451_7m58.pdf https://www.scotusblog.com/2024/06/supreme-court-strikes-down-chevron-curtailing-power-of-federal-agencies/ https://www.nytimes.com/2024/01/21/opinion/supreme-court-chevron.html
