The Supreme Court did not "remove oversight" for anything. The Chevron Doctrine has been effectively dead for quite a while now. SCOTUS merely made it official. Courts are no longer required to defer to federal agency interpretations of ambiguous laws. The laws still apply. https://ballotpedia.org/Chevron_deference_(doctrine)
