Other CNs say this is Tory Cllr Amanda Lloyd-Harris. It's not as convincing, although not impossible. https://whocanivotefor.co.uk/elections/local.hammersmith-and-fulham.palace-riverside.2018-05-03/ Are they the same person? The ad should say who this is so people can check.
