ATACMS missiles are not laser-guided. They are GPS-guided, so they do not require targeting by a drone like the Global Hawk. The Global Hawk can, however, be used for reconnaissance to locate targets for ATACMS missiles. This however isn't confirmed by anyofficial sources. https://missilethreat.csis.org/missile/atacms/
