the blogger has 1625 subscriptions at last count https://benthams.substack.com/p/young-people-on-substack "leading" is a matter of opinion. I wouldn't have described them as that. But 1625 is roughly the size of an average EA conference; I think it's not unfair to characterize an EA blog of that size as "leading".
