Jerusalem is the capital of Israel and so it's not possible for Israel to "leave Jerusalem": https://embassies.gov.il/MFA/AboutIsrael/state/Pages/JERUSALEM%20-%20Capital%20of%20Israel.aspx Only by destroying Israel would it be removed from Jerusalem, and this is indeed the stated policy of many Palestinian groups.
