As stated on Apple’s website and in the keynote, OpenAI does not have access to Apple user data. ChatGPT is only invoked when the user actively allows it, and all other models are run “on-device”, meaning no party (Even Apple let alone OpenAI) has access to user data. https://www.apple.com/apple-intelligence/
