There is no evidence of any kind that supports the idea that Von Braun founded NASA. 1958 NASA was formed by an act of congress. 1960 Von Braun joined NASA when POTUS Eisenhower transferred his rocket development group at Redstone Arsenal from the Army to NASA. https://www.nasa.gov/people/wernher-von-braun/#:~:text=Von%20Braun%20also%20served%20as,and%20Space%20Administration%20(NASA).
