Quite plausible, as we cannot see the projectile on the video from the SE side, and explosion from this angle looks like "from inside", -The projectile that destroyed the house came from NE direction, and evaluating size of explosion it could be something like FAB-250 or bigger https://twitter.com/Liveuamap/status/1789594043497824478?t=B3wO0pEiz03wKA26jBuREw&s=19
