These are not "wild cows". They are runaway cattle, as can be seen by the tags on their ears. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ear_tag Cattle are very friendly to humans and usually expect food or treats from them. The cows in the video are very clearly not behaving aggressively. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cattle
