Original Note:
It's not entirely accurate to say that deadly skin cancers are caused by too little sunlight. The primary culprit in the development of skin cancer is ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun. UV radiation damages the DNA in skin cells, leading to mutations causing skin cancer https://www.cancerresearchuk.org/about-cancer/causes-of-cancer/sun-uv-and-cancer/how-does-the-sun-and-uv-cause-cancer
