OP is wrong to imply that 'Intifada' is a generic term for uprising. While other uprisings may have been occasionally called so METAPHORICALLY (https://www.indeed.com/career-advice/career-development/metaphor-vs-simile#:~:text=Differences%20between%20similes%20and%20metaphors,making%20the%20comparison%20more%20direct), they're not what's typically meant by users of the term. It's almost always used in the Israeli-Palestinian context.
