Most amendments in constitution of India are made by Non BJP governments in history till now. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_amendments_of_the_Constitution_of_India As far as last 10 years are concerned- if BJP is in power for this period then it will be always BJP only with most even with single amendment as opposition is not in power.
