Original Note:
This child appears to be having a tonic clonic seizure, which isn't a long term effect of loud noises. Upper and lower limb jerking occurs in a rhythmic pattern, with gurgling or babbling. Often with horizontal eye deviation with nystagmus as seen here (right-sided). https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK554496/ https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/conditions-and-diseases/epilepsy/seizures-and-epilepsy-in-children
