Original Note:

No film photos from the moon landings were published before the film was brought back to Earth by the astronauts. The newspapers of July 21 printed a blurry photograph of a TV screen showing the landing. The landings were broadcast live on television using slow-scan TV. https://www.scienceandmediamuseum.org.uk/objects-and-stories/moon-to-living-room-apollo-11-broadcast#:~:text=BBC%20Apollo%2011%20studio%20with,experts%2C%20interviews%20and%20live%20music.
