Original Note:
Scientific research doesn't show a connection between thimerosal and autism. Many well-conducted studies have concluded that thimerosal in vaccines doesn't contribute to the development of autism. After thimerosal was removed, autism rates still increased. https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2023/10/12/vaccines-rarely-contain-mercury-do-not-cause-autism-fact-check/71126393007/ https://www.cdc.gov/vaccinesafety/concerns/thimerosal/study-risk-autism.html https://www.cdc.gov/vaccinesafety/concerns/thimerosal/index.html https://www.cdc.gov/vaccinesafety/concerns/autism.html https://www.factcheck.org/2023/08/scicheck-what-rfk-jr-gets-wrong-about-autism/ https://www.factcheck.org/2017/11/debunking-false-vaccine-claim/ https://divisionofresearch.kaiserpermanente.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Thimerosal_study_summary_for_providers_012611.pdf
