This would actually be incorrect. The listed examples like Toyota and BMW use sensors on both bumpers to park the car. The reason Tesla’s approach is new is because the cars have no sensors, and are only using camera data to gauge distance and trajectory. https://www.tesla.com/support/transitioning-tesla-vision
