A proposed note claims the PA ‘has rejected any peace talks since Oslo’. The source cited mentions subsequent talks in 2007–8 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israeli%E2%80%93Palestinian_peace_process#Israeli%E2%80%93Palestinian_talks_in_2007_and_2008), 2010 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010%E2%80%932011_Israeli%E2%80%93Palestinian_peace_talks), and 2013–4 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israeli%E2%80%93Palestinian_peace_process#2013%E2%80%9314_talks). The note also mentions Hamas controls Gaza. This is true but it is hard to see why it needs to be pointed out in a CN.
