Science disagrees. These are called Contrails and are formed from water vapor and fine particulars when jet fuel is burned and freezes into crystals. Air humidity is needed which means some planes produce them, others not depending on the climate/weather/altitude/season etc. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/blogs-trending-62240071
