Original Note:
Washing machines have a block of concrete in them, outside the drum, to reduce vibration and to balance the equally heavy electric motor, which drives a very heavy gearbox. The concrete block is missing from this unit and the machine can’t balance itself as the drum spins. https://home.howstuffworks.com/washer2.htm#:~:text=Inside%20a%20Washing%20Machine,-Motor%20and%20counterweight&text=If%20we%20take%20a%20look,to%20the%20steel%20inner%20tub.
