Original Note:

Havana Syndrome is not a new illness. The first known cases were reported in late 2016 when CIA officers in Havana reported feeling intense fatigue, nausea and pressure in their heads. Brain scans showed tissue damage & volume loss similar to persistent concussion syndrome. https://time.com/6962399/havana-syndrome-russia-u-s/ https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/news/5-year-havana-syndrome-investigation-finds-new-evidence-of-who-might-be-responsible-60-minutes/
