The two notes are factually incorrect. The CDC website states, clearly, right now, "The protection against infection tends to be modest and sometimes short-lived..." In fact, the vaccine doesn't provide immunity. It appears to provide protection against severe reactions. https://www.cdc.gov/ncird/whats-new/5-things-you-should-know.html
