There is no vaccination for HIV but there is a preventative medication known as PrEP which “reduces the risk of getting HIV from sex by about 99%” https://www.cdc.gov/hiv/risk/prep/index.html There are also vaccines for the flu, but because of changing strains of the virus, new vaccines are needed every flu season. https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/why-do-we-need-new-flu-shots-every-year
