The details are posted publicly on the USCIS website and it was announced publicly over a year ago: https://www.uscis.gov/CHNV https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2023/01/05/fact-sheet-biden-harris-administration-announces-new-border-enforcement-actions/ The migrants have been granted humanitarian parole, which is a legal pathway to enter the US. By definition, they are not “illegals”.
