This clip is misleading, the US has not trained ISIS forces. Obama misspoke as evidenced by the next sentence (“that Sunni volunteers were being trained as "a new force against ISIL"). This was corrected by the WH saying the word “Iraqi” should’ve been used instead of ISIL. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/obama-isil-training/
