Original Note:
The chemical 'spewing out' is solid dihydrogen monoxide. When kerosine is oxidised, CO2 and H20 are produced. If pressure, temp and humidity at the altitude flown are appropriate, it will convert from the vapour to solid - ice crystals which are visible as a 'contrail'. https://www.faa.gov/sites/faa.gov/files/regulations_policies/policy_guidance/envir_policy/contrails.pdf https://www.space.com/what-are-contrails https://cimss.ssec.wisc.edu/wxwise/class/contrail.html https://www.metlink.org/fieldwork-resource/contrails/
